For submental (chin) treatments, men should arrive clean-shaven to ensure optimal applicator placement. Plan to relax during your session — we provide comfortable robes and blankets, and you’re welcome to bring headphones, a book, or another form of entertainment, as treatment times can vary depending on the areas being treated and your personalized treatment plan.

You’ll be positioned comfortably, and gel pads will be applied to protect your skin in targeted areas. Next, CoolSculpting Elite applicators apply controlled suction to the skin and deliver precise cooling energy through the skin down to the fat layer. Up to four areas can be treated simultaneously with multiple applicators. Sessions are relaxing and well-tolerated. Patients report mild temporary tugging, coldness, or pinching sensations.
