Dr. Allenby then uses a blunt tip cannula injection technique to inject Radiesse® directly into the skin, under the subcutis and dermis layer. This specialized injection technique, which is a variation of the traditional injection technique, utilizes fewer entry points to pass underneath the skin without cutting the skin or blood vessels, greatly reducing the risk of bruising. This specialized process results in a total treatment time that is is usually only between 15 and 30 minutes.
When to Expect Results
Volume is instantly restored to the skin as lines are diminished and skin appears smoother and rejuvenated. Patients can expect natural-looking, immediate results following Radiesse® injections, with results continuing to improve for up to one week.
